四年级英语教学工作评价本学期我担任了四年级的英语教学工作，在工作中我结合本校的实际条件和学生的实际情景，勤勤恳恳，兢兢业业，使教学工作有计划，有组织，有步骤地开展。本学期学生共学习了6个单元的资料，进一步地提高了听、说、读、写本事和语言综合运用本事。立足此刻，放眼未来，为使今后的工作取得更大的提高，现对本学期的教学工作做出评价，以便能发挥优点，克服不足，评价经验教训，继往开来，使自我的教学工作更上一层楼。
一、认真备课。备课是上好课的前提。以英语课程标准和教学用书为指导，认真学习、研究每个单元的话题、主要任务和各语言知识点。根据我校四年级的`学生实际，从他们的年龄、心理特征出发，合理设计教案，处理好教材里的教学重点和教学难点，由易到难，由分散到集中，创设情景教学，联系学生的生活，让英语真实地运用到学生的生活中。在让四年级坚持兴趣的基础上学习新知识，加大单词认读的力度。
二、构建高效课堂。在课上，以提高教学质量为目的，尽量使讲解清晰化，条理化，准确化，情感化，生动化，做到线索清晰，层次分明，言简意赅，深入浅出。在课堂上异常注意调动学生的积极性，加强师生交流，充分体现学生的主体作用，基本做到了让学生学得容易，学得简便，学得愉快；注意精讲精练，在课堂上我讲得尽量少，让学生有更多动口动手动脑的机会；同时在每一堂课上都充分研究每一个层次的学生学习需求和学习本事，让各个层次的学生都得到提高。
三、虚心学习，并不断为自我“充电”。在教学上遇到难题，我会利用课余时间和同事们坐在一起进行讨论，找寻最好最有效的解决方法。这学期我还去一小和五小去听过观摩课，和在座的教师们共同听课、评课，学习别人的优点，克服自我的不足。从暑假开始，我还参加了义务教育远程教育研修班，利用周末和业余时间听取专家的报告，看课例，对英语教学体系有了系统的理解，我的英语教学会因这次研修而得到新的提升。
四、认真批改作业：作业布置有针对性，有层次性。对学生的作业批改及时、认真，分析并记录学生的作业情景，将他们在作业过程出现的问题做出分类评价，进行透彻的评讲，并针对有关情景及时改善教学方法，做到有的放矢。
五、继续坚持用英语组织课堂教学，即用英语教英语。在上课的过程中，我尽可能地讲英语，用英语授课，我觉得用英语组织课堂教学促使教师不仅仅把语言用作讲解知识、传达信息和传授技能的工具，更把它看作所要传授的知识和技能本身，同时也为学生营造了良好的学习语言的环境。在运用英语时我很注意所用语言的正确性、纯正性和流利性。
工作中的不足：
1、由于所教班级多，课时多，没有时间对作业进行全批全改。
2、不能争取到大多数家长的积极配合。
3、学生两极分化较严重，由于时间和其它原因，不能很好地关注差生。
经过一个学期的努力，我已圆满完成了教学任务，我相信有付出就有收获。无论期末考试成绩如何，我都会一如既往地努力工作，多问，多想，多学习，争取更大的提高。

In my spare time I also self-study computer, foreign language and international finance and other popular knowledge. In the computer, can skillfully use fortran, c programming language, and skilled use of autocad, wotd for drawing and word processing.
